Capacity of Metal
Common casting metals are aluminum, magnesium, and copper alloys. Other materials include tin, zinc, and lead alloys and iron and steel are also cast in graphite molds. The capacity of a conductor to store the charge is known as Electrostatic capacity. It depends upon the area (A) of the plate, the distance between the plates (d), and the medium (K) between the plates.
